Platinum Concierge is the Owner Services group for LaTour Hotels and Resorts. This team of highly-trained associates delivers the high-touch service expected by our owners. Platinum Concierge handles all owner home-resort reservations, rental reservations, and owner trade reservations. The Platinum Concierge service is a high touch Concierge/Owner program that combines the reservation coordination of the Owners with a complete year-round personalized concierge program.

The Platinum Concierge staff works in complete coordination with the on-site concierge and service team of the resort. This service allows Owners an enhanced level of service by also offering a wide array of many additional services at preferential rates, including trading opportunities from a growing collection of elite resorts.

This service is designed to help the owners pre-plan and book as much of their trip and resort stay as desired.

In addition, this program gives Owners unique access to preferential rates for other vacation alternatives and travel services that serve to increase the value of their investment. All Owners serviced by the Platinum Concierge staff are also automatically members of the Travel Escapes! Club.

If exclusive owner-only access to the property is desired by the developer or the owners, LaTour Hotels and Resorts need not offer rental. If a rental program is desired, LaTour Hotels and Resorts is ready to deliver it. Our Director of Sales and Marketing, based in San Diego, leads a team strategically located in all the right markets. She will complete a comprehensive Rental Sales and Marketing Plan for developer-owned or owner-purchased inventory. With our strong history in luxury hotel operations, we have the relationships, distribution, and experience to successfully generate new sales leads by putting rental heads in beds at our properties.
